Music Matters Instruments
If you have rented or purchased an instrument through Music Matters, please come by to pick up you instrument this Tuesday from 3:00 – 5:00. We will not be having our Thursday classes due to Band Camp.
I believe the books and other accessories will also be available on Tuesday.

Tuesday Classes
Celtic Dance will meet this week. Intermediate Strings will also meet. There will be no beginning strings, Band, or sight reading class this week.

Band Camp! (You MUST be registered in order to participate)
Please arrive at Midway Park on time and ready to work! You will need:
Sack Lunch
Instrument or Flag pole
Music (notebooks and flip-folders from last year plus Pirates 1, Pirates 3, Russian Sailors Dance)
Pencil
TENNIS SHOES
Modest clothing
Recommended: Hat, Sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle with your name on it

Band Moms – HELP!
I need help preparing our old uniforms. I will need people to remove the patches from the old uniforms – and make sure all the uniforms are clean and ready to be packed up and hopefully shipped away! They will also need to be cataloged by size. Please let me know if you can help with this!

Parent Meeting
The Fall Parent Meeting will be Thursday August 30 at 7:00 in the sanctuary of Chalcedon Presbyterian Church. We will cover our plans for this year, volunteer opportunities, schedules, etc. New students will also be able to check out the facility and see where their classes will meet.
