All students who plan to be in Marching Band need to have a copy of the Fall Show – Please make sure you pick up the music for Gladiators if you don’t already have it. New students and those who participated in Beginning or Intermediate Band who want to march in the Fall also need to be working on the music – it must be memorized by Band Camp. The Intermediate Band summer class will cover skills as well as marching and pep band music.

March 19th – CFAF Fundraiser – Stars and Strikes

Tuesday, February 16th, 2010 | Uncategorized | No Comments

CFAF Parents and Students,
We are so excited about the bowling event that is coming up on March 19th.  It will be great fun for all of us and hopefully, a wonderful fundraiser for CFAF.  Of course, that depends on YOU, so sell, sell, sell.
(A few students have mentioned that they need a copy of the form/flyer, so we are
re-sending.)  Information Flyer / Signup Flyer
I know you are busy, but please take a minute to read the information below for some of the “legalees” regarding this event.  Also, please see the attachments for the flyer and also the sign-up form.  You MUST complete this form with your info and also the info of anyone to whom you sell tickets.  We need the names and info for everyone who will be in the building, including your parents, so put them on there too!!
Don’t forget to bring the COMPLETED FORM AND MONEY, to CFAF, on Feb. 23/25 (I’ll be at the covered area, outside the fellowship hall, between the church and educational building).  I will not accept the form without the money or vice versa!!
1.  Students need to sell at least one ticket for $25.00 in order to purchase their own ticket for $15.00.
2.  Parents can purchase their ticket for $15.00.
3.  The fundraiser sign-up form must be completed, by the student, for all tickets purchased.
4.  Money and the sign-up form are due to Mrs. Hall during the  3:30 – 4:30 class time on Tuesday/Thursday, February 23/25.
5.  We must sell at least 100 tickets to hold the event.
6.  Parents who wish to attend the event, without paying, may do so, but will not be able to eat, play laser tag, or bowl.
7.  With the exception of food allergies, which must be noted ahead of time, no food or drinks, except water, may be brought into Stars and Strikes.
8.  No ins and outs for students, unless they are with a parent.
9.  Tickets CAN”T be purchased at the door.
10. If desired, students can bring money to add to their game card or buy a session of bumper cars.
