Intermediate Band - Spring Semester Only
Thursday 5:30-6:30.
The intermediate students will continue to develop the skills and technique learned in Beginning Band. While new skills will be covered and individual musical growth encouraged, this group will also have the opportunity to perform intermediate level pieces that encourage greater musical understanding. Intermediate Band will perform in the Spring Concert or Recital. Students must provide their own instrument, the Essential Elements 2000 Book Two for their instrument, and a folding music stand.
This class is perfect for elementary and middle school students with 1 to 3 years of experience on their instrument. Advanced beginning students might also be invited to participate.
