Middle School Registration Form

The cost for a middle school student is $200 for the semester. This price includes as many core classes as the student wants to take. There is a $400 cap per family. The supplemental courses are listed towards the bottom and can be taken at a discounted rate. The cost for these classes does not count towards the family cap.

    **Students must be enrolled in choir in order to take middle school swing.Check the box below to confirm that you understand. **
    All families are expected to assist by volunteering in some way but if you absolutely cannot help out then you must pay an additional $85.
