Join one of CFAF's show choir classes to learn how to swing dance. Swing is a fun partner dance accompanied by singing and a great way to get some exercise. We have swing classes for all ages from elementary to high school.

Tap
Tap dancing is a fun style of dance that anyone can learn. Benefits of tap dancing are increasing cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Tap dancing develops a great sense of rhythm and timing.

Celtic
Celtic Dance is performed bare foot or in jazz shoes and in a group. It is a fun way to get a great workout! It helps improve confidence, social skills, and helps to improve memory.

Clogging
Clogging is related to tap dancing, but has a different style. Cloggers have a distinctive up and down motion and emphasize the downbeat of the music. Not only is clogging fun, but it is great exercise using all the large muscles of the body. It helps develop muscle strength and muscle endurance.

Ballet
CFAF's ballet program combines classical ballet and contemporary dance in a wonderfully expressive way. Students of all ages enjoy learning the fundamentals of ballet, then getting to apply their skills in graceful choreography.
