All summer classes require a $25/family summer registration fee paid to CFAF. Paypal (add 3%) or Zelle to [email protected] or cash/check in the tuition box. Plus $5 for a one hour class and $3 for 1/2 hour classes paid directly to the teacher each week.

- 4:00-4:25 pm string ensembles (one for advanced and one for beginner-intermediate)
Wednesday Classes
K-2 and Elementary students
- 2:00-2:25 pm Recorder Class (K-5)-This intro to the recorder class is the perfect way for your student to be introduced to an instrument. By learning how to play the recorder, you will be laying a basic foundation for learning how to play other instruments. The fingerings for the recorder are extremely similar to those of other woodwinds. When you learn the recorder fingerings, it will be very easy for you to pick up on other woodwind instruments. Learning the recorder will be a great investment in your child’s musical development.
- 2:30-2:55 Ukulele Class (K-5) - This ukulele class is meant for students who wish to learn how to play the ukulele or continue to strengthen their skills over the summer! Students will learn basic ukulele skills including how to play chords and strumming patterns. Whether your student is a beginner or a seasoned ukulele master, you can be sure that your child will be strengthened by this class.
- 3:00-3:25 pm Dance class - (Elem) come join us as we learn fun group dances like Virginia Reel and Slapping leather, and some cool swing dance moves, some square dances and fun Celtic dances!
- 3:00-3:25 Tumbling Class - (K-2) -In this class, students will have a chance to get their energy out! We will stretch, learn balance, grow stronger, and learn some fun skills!
- 3:30-3:55 pm Music Theory K-5) -K-5 music theory class, Come learn how to read music, write music, play rhythm games, and basic sight singing! All of these things will have your child learn more about music, become faster at reading music, and give them the ability to create their own music!
