Green Gables camp info!!!!
July 12 and 13 will be for girls ages 9-12
July 19 and 20 will be for girls ages 12 (if they are turning 13 this year) and up
9:00-2:00. The girls will play a lot of fun games like the 3 legged race, book balancing, boat building, charades, musical chairs, sack race, and more! And they will get to make crafts like book marks, paint, and other crafts.
They will also get to dance, read scripts (from the movie anne of green gables), write and recite poems.
Thursday everyone brings their own lunch and the girls can wear comfortable clothes. Friday is the big day where the girls get to dress up (we will have prizes for the best outfit for the time of Anne of green gables), and everyone brings food to share (drinks will be provided) and we have a big indoor picnic!
We also do a devotional each day. Last year we went through Proverbs 31 and how to become a godly young woman of God and what that all means. I don't have an official theme picked out this year, but I still believe it's so beneficial for young girls to hear the word of God together and discuss it.
$40 per person for the two days. Please let me know if you have questions about anything!
